If you you would like to return an item please email us with your order

number, reason for return and any additional info. We would love to know why you are not 100% happy!

If your reason for refund meets UK guidelines you can proceed to return your item to us. You can return all items up to 14 days after receiving your order. We ask that you return your item in its original packaging. Returns must be in original condition, this means items that have been worn by your FurrBaby, washed or damaged cannot be returned to us. If we receive an item that does not meet these guidelines we may return it to sender and not process the refund after investigation.

Once your return has arrived back with us you will be notified and a refund processed to your initial payment method. Postage will not be refunded.

Unfortunately at the moment we cannot cover return postage, please keep proof of postage until refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your order and there is something else you love even more, please get in contact with us via instagram or email. Exchanges and refund can only be processes within 14 days of delivery.
